Adelaide have axed ex-Collingwood midfielder Tyler Brown after just one season.

The Crows have delisted Brown, Jackson Hately and Andrew McPherson, along with Tariek Newchurch, who was untested at AFL level.

Brown, 23, joined Adelaide in January and featured in round one but did not play another AFL game for the club.

Hately, who joined the Crows from Greater Western Sydney at the end of 2020, and McPherson both played 28 games but failed to clinch a regular spot.

“These are always difficult decisions that unfortunately need to be made at this time of the year,” Adelaide's list manager Justin Reid said.
