Emerging Adelaide midfielder Jake Soligo has signed a contract extension tying him to the Crows until the end of 2029.

The second-year Crow had already been secured until the end of 2025.

But the 20-year-old Victorian has signed a further deal which expires at the end of the 2029 season.

“I’m very excited to see where we can go as a team and that’s why I have signed on," Soligo said on Friday.

"I want to win a flag with this group one day and believe we can do it.”

The Crows recruited Soligo with pick 36 at the 2021 national draft.

Adelaide's list manager Justin Reid said the 29-gamer had tremendous upside.

“Jake is an incredibly smart player who makes good decisions and works just as hard on his game,” Reid said.

“We couldn’t be happier with how he has bought into the culture and environment of the group and fitted in to our team in such a short period of time.

“He’s really added to our midfield with his mixture of toughness and class and we are thrilled that he’s committed to the club long-term."
