Major Crime detectives are launching a new search for a mother of two missing in the outback for a month.

South Australia police will search several locations identified during investigations into the suspicious disappearance of Andamooka woman Trisha Graf, whose Ford Territory was found perched on a dirt mound near a dam on December 12.

Ms Graf, 41, left the Roxby Downs Hotel at 12.19am on December 12 in her car, accompanied by a friend.

The searches would start on Tuesday focusing on locating evidence, Major Crime chief Detective Superintendent Darren Fielke said.

Detectives will on Wednesday doorknock Andamooka residents near and around several locations Ms Graf was last seen.

“We have established Trisha’s movements on the evening and morning she was last seen, but we believe there are people who may have seen her within the town who have not yet contacted police,’’ Supt Fielke said.

“We know there were people who were with Trisha at both the Roxby Downs Hotel and who saw her after she returned to Andamooka and we need to speak with them.’’

While driving towards Andamooka, her car was damaged in a collision with a kangaroo.

Ms Graf and her friend continued their journey and visited a home in Andamooka.

Ms Graf left that house just before 2am to travel the short distance to her home and was last seen driving along Dunstan Drive, Andamooka.

Just after midday on December 12, Ms Graf’s partner and a friend found her car abandoned and unable to be driven near Blue Dam, east of the town.

An initial ground and aerial search of the area was conducted and police divers searched Blue Dam.

A subsequent extensive search of the area, including with specialised drones, failed to locate Ms Graf and her disappearance was declared a major crime on January 6.

Anyone with information about Ms Graf’s whereabouts or her movements leading up to her disappearance is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
