Footage of greyhounds "racked up like tools" with no bedding is being investigated by Tasmania's racing watchdog.
Advocacy group Animal Liberation Tasmania released the video, which was purportedly recorded at a property in July, on Thursday.
It comes after prominent greyhound trainer Anthony Bullock had his licence suspended by Tasmania's Office of Racing Integrity last week amid animal welfare concerns.
Video of Mr Bullock's property, also taken by Animal Liberation Tasmania, allegedly showed greyhounds in freezing conditions in tin sheds without coats or blankets.
The new footage was taken at a different property.
"What we see ... is more of the same disregard for the dogs themselves," Animal Liberation Tasmania's Kristy Alger said in a statement.
"No bedding, little to no actual protection from the cold, they're just racked up like tools waiting to be used."
Racing Minister Felix Ellis said the government takes animal welfare matters very seriously.
"The footage posted on (Thursday) has been referred to the Office of Racing Integrity for review and I understand there is an investigation underway," he told state parliament.
"ORI will also engage with the RSPCA.
"If any breaches are identified as part of the investigation ... appropriate action will be taken."
The ORI is expected to publicly release a report once its inquiry into Mr Bullock has been completed.
Mr Bullock has previously been contacted for comment.
