Murder charge over shooting at apartment tower

A man has been charged with murder over a shooting at an apartment tower that police believe was a targeted attack.

A 32-year-old man died early on Thursday after an alleged altercation at the building at Box Hill in Melbourne's east.

On Thursday evening, a 47-year-old man was arrested and charged with one count of murder, and was to appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday night.

Another 47-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman were also arrested and released pending further inquiries.
