A Sydney man accused of stealing cars for organised crime networks has been charged.
The 32-year-old man was arrested at a Ryde property on Friday where police allegedly found a Mazda CX5 and a number of car keys belonging to stolen vehicles.
Police went on to locate two of the three allegedly stolen cars in North Sydney and East Ryde later that afternoon.
The man was charged with five offences including three counts of aggravated break and enter with intent.
He was refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Saturday.
The arrest comes after 27 cars worth more than $2 million were seized by NSW detectives.
Police say the cars were destined to be used in organised crime network homicides or firearm violence after some were found containing jerry cans of fuel.
Dozens of people were arrested across Sydney, accused of providing the cars to organised crime networks.
