Two men and a woman have been charged with murder following a deadly fall from an apartment balcony.

A 44-year-old man was found with serious injuries in a garden outside the building and he could not be revived.

Police on Wednesday arrested a 38-year-old man at Castle Hill police station and charged him with murder.
