A 12-year-old girl who was missing for nearly two days has been found after a police search.
The girl was last seen leaving her home in Birtinya on Queensland's Sunshine Coast at 6.45pm on Wednesday.
She was found safe and well on Friday afternoon, police said.
In an earlier appeal for information, Detective Inspector Chris Toohey had said the girl's disappearance was out of character and she had "never spent a night away unknown from her family".
